Set right in the heart of the Vega Baja region, this awesome location looks out towards the Sierra de Callosa mountain range and whether you're into cycling, walking, hiking or driving, you'll find Benejúzar (Alicante) to be authentically Spanish and fantastic value for money when it comes to eating and drinking!
'Casa Patria' is a fully furnished larger-than-average 3 bedroom apartment which comes with all mod cons and ducted air conditioning throughout. There's more than enough storage space in this family-friendly home, plus a recently converted games room down in the basement and FREE bikes provided throughout your stay. Located on the ground floor, with it's own large front patio area, this is no ordinary apartment. There's ample space to relax both inside and outside, or you can take the lift from the nearby main foyer area, up to the secluded rooftop swimming pool and enjoy the views for miles around.
There's a choice of two airports (Alicante or Murcia International) as we're located roughly mid-way between them and less than 50km away from either.
We're approx 15 minutes drive inland from the beautiful blue-flag beaches of Guardamar and about the same distance from the larger town of Orihuela. This is a perfect location to base yourselves for easy access to all the Costa Blanca region has to offer you, with lots of neighbouring towns all adding something to the recipe for the ideal holiday experience.
Places like Albatera, Algorfa, Almoradí, Benijofar, Bigastro, Cabo Roig, Callosa, Cartagena, Catral, Cox, Daya Nueva, Daya Vieja, Dolores, Formentera, Jacarilla, Guardamar, La Marina, La Mata, La Zenia, Los Montesiños, Orihuela, Playa Flamenca, Punta Prima, Quesada, Rafal, Redovan, San Fulgencio, San Miguel and Torrevieja, they're all worth a visit but you're unlikely to do it all in one visit... you'll just have to come back again!
If it's Golf you're looking for then there's plenty of choice across the Costa Blanca South, with no fewer than 24 courses in our catchment area, 2 of those being only 10-15 minutes drive away from our apartment ('La Finca' and 'Vistabella Golf').
